Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess his name.
Hebrews 13:15
We don’t need to make sacrifices of bulls and goats to be saved because Jesus is our atoning sacrifice. However, what should our response be to receiving the gift of such a wonderful salvation?
Well, surely at the very least it should be a continual offering of praise. God doesn’t need our praises. But he deserves them. So whether it’s in the car, or in the shower or with God’s people on a Sunday. Let’s remember to offer him the sacrifice of praise.

- Say the passage out loud 10 times in a row.
- Say it once before you go to sleep.
- Say it once more when you wake up.
Pray:
- Praise the Father for sending his Son.
- GIve thanks for Jesus who loved us sacrificially.
- Ask God for His Holy Spirit to help you and others love him and love each other sacrificially.
