Day 4 - 14 Days of Prayer

2 Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. 3 And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. 4 Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. 5 Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. 6 Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.

Colossians 4:2-6

Today we pray our Village Church prayer.
You know it right?
We are praying to see 10% of the Northern Suburbs in gospel-centred Churches including 250 people at Village Church by 2030.

Pray today that more unbelievers would come and check out Jesus at Village Church.
Pray today that more Christians who haven’t found a Church would come and be encouraged.
Pray that servants of God would come to work with us for the sake of the harvest.

For Today:
  • Cry out to God today to save people in the Northern Suburbs.
  • Again, write a list of people to pray for.
  • Invite someone to check out Jesus at Village.

Pray: O God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, pour down the Holy Spirit upon our country. Revive thy work amongst us. Increase true religion in the land, and especially in our own community.
Touch the hearts of the careless, the thoughtless and the unbelieving. Show them their sin, their guilt and their danger. Stir them up to think, and grant them repentance. May thousands this year be converted. May thousands seek Christ, believe and be saved. Arouse the hearts of all true Christians. Fill them with true zeal for thy glory, and for the spread of the Gospel. May they be more holy, more charitable, and more diligent in trying to do good. May they pray much and often Pour down the Holy Spirit upon all ministers of the Gospel. Make them more zealous and more faithful. May Christ be preached this year more fully, freely and affectionately than He has ever been.
Pour down the Holy Spirit upon all congregations. May there be more life, earnestness and fervor in all our religious assemblies. May hearers of the Gospel this year always meet together, really desiring a blessing, and always go home to pray.
