Living Grounded: authentic prayer, Adam vs Jesus, male headship

Questions:

1. On Sunday you encouraged us to write a schedule for all the things we should pray for. Thing is, when I have done that in the past, I end up finding myself praying prayers that feel more 'empty' than the usual impromptu prayers I pray from the heart when I'm driving to something or driving back from something. Are prayers less effective/real if they're coming off a list without the same 'heart' behind them?

2. Why did one man’s sin automatically bring sin and death to ALL people but Jesus’ death doesn’t automatically save ALL people - though it has the power to? 

3. What is male headship and should it still apply in a Christian marriage in today’s culture?
